No Title for Laziness

The title pretty much sums it up. I have been very lazy in posting, mostly due to being in Indiana and then catching up last week on things that needed to be done. But I will fill you all in on some of the excitement here in South Carolina.

1. I have to say going back to Indiana brought back strong feelings for wanting to be back with great family and friends. However, spending any amount of time outdoors, was a good enough reason to want to be back in the south! It was freezing and we did not have the proper attire with us to enjoy the outdoors either. I even had to do a little shopping before we left to provide some of the kids with warmer clothing. I think it was 33 degrees the morning we left...brrrrrrrr!

2. We would like you all to meet Teddy! He joined our family on Sept. 19th and has really been an excellent addition. We can't complain, yet. Some funny events have happened with him...we had to take him to Indiana with us and he ended up having worms. So, my cousin's wife, M., came to the rescue and brought him some deworming pills and then we ended up having him neutered while we were there. It was something that needed to be done, and it was by far cheaper in Indiana than down here. He is a cockerpoo, he is very good, obedient and a great coat. These dogs don't shed, so it is the perfect pet for this family with allergies.

3. Last week Caden and I joined Chloe's preschool class on a trip to Cotton Hills Farm in Chester, SC. It was a good time, we did a wagon ride through some great fields, talked with the owner about farming, petted some animals, walked through a corn maze and picked pumpkins. We enjoyed the day, the weather was perfect! Here are a couple of pictures to enjoy!
